"Great band to rock out to" - Brand New Productions
"Quite possibly one of the loudest bands we've had here" - The Snooty Fox
"A breath of fresh air" - The Moogles
"One of the best bands we've had here" - The Tap n Spile
"Relik play great rock n roll! With style!!! Tracks like Drinking Games and Face In The Crowd display an anthemic quality which will get rock fans swept along with their irresistible melodies" - Jeff Collins, Sunshine Radio
"[Drinking Games] is definitely something I could hear on mainstream radio" - Linda Serck, BBC Berks
"[Drinking Games] is something that could be heard on a One Tree Hill soundtrack" - Tom Woods, BBC Berks
"[Drinking Games] put a smile on my face, a real summer hit" - Ben Pocock, BBC Berks
"I really liked [Face In The Crowd]. It reminded me of my teen punk rock era, when i was 14, 15 with all that New Found Glory sort of stuff. Really fun, really energetic. Yeah I really enjoyed it. I was quite pleasently surprised after the introduction and for nostalgia I gave it an 8" - Ellie Vale - Musician
"I thought they were really really good, and I must admit, it must be one of the best bands I've heard on the demos panel! They really did it for me. They reminded me a little bit of the Foo Fighters. They had a lot of energy, really good musicians, dynamics, and I think they'll go places if they keep motoring on. Yeah I loved it, so I gave them a 9" - Danny Fraifeld - Manager, Purple Turtle, Reading
"I can definitely see a commercial market for this band, because it definitely has one eye on the mainstream, and I guess the other eye winking at the ladies probably! [Face In The Crowd] is a great power rock tune. It's got all the trimmings, great production, a very uplifting song as well, so I've given it a 7" - Linda Serck - BBC Berkshire

3.15pm The Blumen Bullets
The Blumen Bullets are a two piece band from the rocking town of Basingstoke! ??? They initially met when Jimbob auditioned guitar for Carls covers band after taking some time out of previous bands, this didn’t work out and both continued looking for something fresh to start on. A couple of months later, by chance they arrived at another audition for a new project starting up. That time they seemed to gel and arranged to meet up themselves and have a go at something of their own. Instantly things seemed to flow and ideas were converted to songs. A few early songs were in desperate need of some bass where’s others simply did the job without. Several bass players were tried over a six month period, but none of them worked out due to various reasons from incompatibility to broken arms! Eventually they had 30-40mins of material and were gagging to get playing so they decided to give it a go with just the two of them. After a good response from the first few gigs it was decided this is how they would continue. The combination of Carl’s hard hitting booming drums and Jimbob’s bottom end guitar playing resulted in the sound they were both looking for.

4.45pm Butterflies On Strings
Butterflies On Strings like to refer to themselves as 'post pop', but it's hard to tell if they are joking or not. They play an uplifting blend of indie-pop and electronica, with a bit of post rock thrown in for a bit of shameless self-indulgence.
Originally formed as a two piece in the summer of 2006, they have now grown to four members, and are all the better for it. They have one EP under their belt ('Close Your Eyes And Think Of Ben' is available via iTunes) produced by the wonderful Peter Miles, and are all set to hit venues all over the place in the warm months ahead.
